What we expect
Lavender Kontrei Mark provides vendors and visitors with ample parking, ablution facilities and shaded seating areas around the stalls.
All food stalls are under roof in the food court with a dedicated parking space.
Arts & crafts will be accommodated under a thatched roof or big craft roofarea, with 1 table and vendor parking area available behind Food Court
Grass stall space available to vendors bringing their own gazebo & table. Gazebo is compulsory
Vendors will be added to our database, receiving regular communication, newsletters and event updates.
Market Layout
LKM Vendor Rules
- Thank you for your consideration to join our family and sell your product at our family market
- Products applied for may only fall in the following category : Farm produce, fresh food, handmade decor and handcrafted items. No fleamarket, second hand or retail products or services allowed, LKM aims to give local small businesses the opportunity to showcase their fresh produce or handcrafted items
- All Food & Drink vendors are obliged to display their Tshwane COA certificate at all times and maintain high level of Hygiene according to legal requirements
- Only products that you register for, will be allowed to be displayed at your stall. If not registered for a product, you will be requested to remove such items, no vendors are allowed to add products without approval
- Bookings are made on a month to month basis. Welcome to send booking dates via whatsapp. Stall fees to reflect on a Thursday before a stall number will be allocated to you on a Friday
- No cash payments will be accepted on a Saturday, all fees to be paid via EFT in advance
- NO traffic allowed inside the market area between 09.00 – 15.00. Vendors to be ready and parked by 09.00 and not allowed to pack up before closing time. Vendor parking available behind the Food Court
- Underroof stall comes with 1 x table, welcome to bring a 2nd table if required. All grass stalls to bring their own gazebo and table. Gazebo is compulsory
- Vendors not arriving on a Saturday will forfeit the fees for that day, no roll over of fees to a following date
- The market closes over the Christmas season and will only open again in the last week of January
- Any vendor not complying to the abovementioned, will result in losing your stall space at the market
- At LKM, all vendors are like family and we treat each other with respect, care and patience. You will feel right at home!
- By reading the above, and submitting your application, you understand and agree to follow these rules. Once approved, all info to follow via whatsapp on the cell number supplied with registration
